I thought we played OK in the first half, we started off well and played to a good tempo, but then we conceded a goal from a set piece which was their first attempt on goal, whereas we had four or five set pieces ourselves before then.
In the second half, they clear one of our efforts off the line, but we cannot defend like we did for the second goal, you shouldn't be giving attackers that much space in Sunday league football never mind the Premiership! That was the defining moment, and we got punished.
We are missing some key players: Scharner, McCulloch and Camara, they are big players for us. We lost Josip Skoko at half time too which was a blow to us too.
We also look very milky at the moment, once one goal goes in, we look conceding another. Any club who loses three of their major players would miss them.
Mark Hughes (Blackburn Manager)
We have had a really good return from Christmas and can approach the new year with lots of optimism.
We hope out current good form will end the same way it did last season, with us qualifying for European competition.
We've had lots of injuries and players have been adapting to the Premiership, but we're improving all the time now.
