"The penalty was well earned from Nathan, who I thought was outstanding all game to be perfectly honest and both strikers linked up well for the second goal. I was a bit disappointed with their goal, because at the time Per Frandsen was off the pitch getting treatment and we didn't fill the hole and I was disappointed about that.
"I thought we deserved the win but I just wish we had done it a bit more comfortably. To be fair I don't think they were in the game at 2-0, but once they got their penalty it gave them a lift, and then we were hanging on for a bit. John Filan seemed to think he got a touch to the ball for their penalty but I thought ours was a stonewall penalty. I didn't have much of a view of them to be honest but that's how I saw them anyway."

"The way the fans kept with us really means a lot the players and I thank them for that. Our second half performance should have got us a least a point, I also think there was a case for their goalkeeper to be sent off.
"Our performance was spirited and we will look to take the positives from the game and take those to Nottingham Forest.
"All the players today were gutted and for a few bad decisions made we would have taken something out of the game.Any player who has made a mistake this season has put his hands up and admitted their error. We will work as a unit to stay positive and turn this around.
"The fans need to stay with us and support us the way they did today.I once again would like to thank them as they were fantastic."
