"We didn't play well, we were fortunate first half, it could have gone either way in the first fifteen minutes, but we've rode our luck. We came back into it a little bit and in the second half on balance we had better chances."
"They will feel aggrieved because when you have so many good chances like that you've got to take them and they didn't and no doubt there will be some moaning about the referee. But it happens every week in the Premiership. Whoever we play the referee's always biased towards Wigan, it's great!"
"They way I see it, it was a bit of a ricochet onto his knee, and then onto his stomach, and it might have hit his hand and I think that the law states that it has to be intentional, and it certainly wasn't intentional."
"I didn't have a good view of the Moritz Volz incident. He got booked for diving, but I haven't seen it so I don't know. The handball they had in the first half was similar to the one we had in the second half. In my view they weren't penalties. But they'll be kicking themselves when they missed three glorious opportunities early on and they've been made to pay for it."
"We threw on Gary Teale and Andreas Johansson because we tried to win the game. I would have settled for 0-0 before because that was a tough game for us. We only had one recognised striker, we were all over the place in the first twenty-five minutes.
"It wasn't a shape I like to play, I don't think it suits my team with the players I've got, but I felt there was no other option. I felt we got better as the game went on and Henri Camara's had two or three good chances and Johansson's had a couple of good chances."
"We knew we were fortunate in the first half, I couldn't wait to get them in at half time because we needed to sort one or two things out. In the second half we got a bit tighter on them, but it looked like it was going to be 0-0."
"They've got Diop, two big centre backs, and they've got Collins John, and we've got a small team. We've had to fight like Trojans in the second half to stand up to the physical presence of Fulham. We were missing three strikers out of our team, and we won the game and I think the players deserve a bit of credit."

"It defies logic that we can come away from that game and not have anything to show for it. I thought we dominated for the first 45 minutes.
"Again, we've come away from a game where we should have had something to show for our performance. But other factors came into it today and I'm just disappointed for our players.
"When you're dominating, you really have to capitalise on your domination. When you're getting chances, you have to put them away.
"Booking Moritz Volz for diving was just beyond me, I started laughing but it was getting beyond a joke.
"I'm not one to come on and make excuses or complain but my team talk had to change at half time from a positive one to trying to clam my players down, because they were getting frustrated with some of the decisions - and rightly so.
"In the second half Wigan came back into it and we expected that being away from home. To concede a goal like that! The contact Liam Rosenior made on their striker, if that's a free kick then every challenge made in a football match is a free kick. I'm scratching my head.
"I don't want to see big John Filan get sent off, or anybody else, but the letter of the law says that if you handle the ball outside the box as a goalkeeper, whether it's deliberate or not, you have to be sent off. Big John's kneed it and it's hit him on the arm and denied us a goalscoring opportunity."
