Steve Bruce
He (Bramble) was fantastic today. Him and Boyce, and the goalkeeper (Chris Kirkland). We came here and didn't really have that much to deal with. They didn't create much against us because of the form of Titus and Boyce.
Boyce is a bit of an unsung hero alongside him, he does his job week in, week out. If they can keep playing like that I'll be pleased.
I'd have to see it on TV to tell you what I think, it was too far away from us [Spurs' penalty claim]. From where I was looking he seemed to be looking for it a bit. I think you need a bit of luck to get one like that.
I detected towards the end that we were a little disappointed because if anyone was going to score and win the game it was going to be us.
We missed the pass or took the wrong option when there were gaping holes everywhere which you would expect when Tottenham are trying to win the game.
Gus Poyet (Assistant Manager)
We were far away but it's easy to understand how it happened. When you try to play football and turn your legs, someone can easily take your legs away [speaking about the penalty claim].
If it was not a penalty then why was the player not booked? Maybe the referee was looking in a different direction and I thought that, but the linesman was close by and had a clear view.
Today was against us. It wasn't to be but a clean sheet is good. Sometimes when you cover one side you miss something in other ways.
We wanted to win the game and get three points but at the same time you have to analyse the game. They played very well, they were solid, so it was difficult to create chances and sometimes you need one action that would change the game or an opportunity like the penalty.
Unfortunately we couldn't create a clear chance anyway and we are responsible for what happened.
Every game we have lost this season we have lost by one goal, it's really close. We'll make sure everyone is ready and they take their chances when they have the opportunity.
