The 20 year old French forward impressed sufficiently during his spell with the Seasiders to earn himself a move to Bloomfield Road for the duration of the 2012/13 season.
With the recent additions of Ryo Myaichi and Arouna Kone, Dicko has been allowed to join Ian Holloway's Blackpool to help gain further first team football experience.
Dicko joined the Latics on a free transfer after his club entered financial difficultiies in France. The Latics have the option to recall Dicko if needed.
