Wigan Athletic's Michael Jacobs has made it into this week's Football League Team of the Week.
The 24-year old scored a goal and assisted Jason Pearce's header in the 2-0 win at Rochdale on Saturday; a performance that saw him win the Sky Sports Man of the Match award.
