Moses, who turned 21 in December, has been in impressive form for the Latics so far this season, prompting speculation that a new contract could well be on the table.
Speaking about Moses' enjoyment with the Latics, agent, Finnigan told Sky Sports: "He is one of the most exciting young talents in the country, but he is contracted to Wigan and is very happy with life at the club."
Finnigan also revealed that Moses is presently in talks over a new contract, although there is nothing formal in place at present.
He added: "Yes we have had talks, discussions, but there has been nothing in writing. But as I said he is contracted to Wigan, happy and until he is told otherwise, he will remain committed to the club."
Moses himself is likely to be rested for the weekend's game with Swindon Town in the FA Cup Third Round as more fringe players are given the opportunity to impress.
