The Latics have had a stumble in form over the last few games after a momentus run of wins under Rosler and the German is demanding that the high standards are maintained.
He told the Wigan Evening Post: "Everybody has to look at the performance - including me, in terms of my team selection.
"Should I be happy? Should I be disappointed? I don't know.
"We had some experienced players, some top players, out there who couldn't handle the derby situation, and got nervous after they scored.
"We are disappointed in ourselves. we should have played a lot better from the start. I was happy with the changeswe made and the fact we put ourselves in a position to win it at the end. That shows the spirit is sky high.
"The subsitutions lifted us massively, and overall we have to take the point. t was very important to get something out of the game.
"But we have to play better against Leicester on Tuesday that this, because we're playing he best team in the division."
