Sheffield United are releasing Bobby Ford from his contract. He would certainly be a useful addition to the squad. He is the same kind of player as Tony Dinning, but I'm sure he'd show more loyalty and efoort on the pitch!

Jones

Also Keith Jones at Reading. He is set to be released after not recieving the ofer of a new contract.

Both players would be on a free and both play in the centre of mindfield which is a weak area for the Latics, or has been in the past few seasons.
