He said: "I have spoken to both clubs and they are very interested in Antoine. He is an attractive proposition as he is available on a free transfer.
"We have a meeting planned with Wigan today and we will see how that goes.
"Bolton are also planning talks and Antoine is willing to listen to all offers before he makes a decision on his future."
Hutchings has already raided Newcastle once, signing Titus Bramble on a three year deal.
