Wigan Athletic have announced that central midfielder Max Power has completed his move from Tranmere Rovers.
The 21-year old has signed a three-year deal at the DW Stadium, after his contract at Prenton Park had expired.
However, the two clubs must agree a fee for Power at a tribunal sanctioned by the FA. This is because Tranmere are entitled to compensation for the player as he is under the age of 24.
Birkenhead-born Power is a product of the Tranmere Rovers academy and scored 19 goals in 126 appearances for the club.
Despite this, he has chosen to move on to the Latics following Tranmere's relegation to the Vanarama Conference.
